All hair comes washed, air dried, treated with silicone mix and in its natural state. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS. Because all wigs were customized to fit my head I do suggest getting your hair installed by a professional or a knowledgeable person to ensure the hair is customized to your own liking!
